I had never heard of Racine, Wisconsin! Never knew that it was the home of Johnson paste wax (which I use on my floors), never knew that it had a huge Danish population (and is famous for its Kringle pastries), and never knew that Frank Lloyd Wright designed several homes there (and the office tower for the Johnson company).
We have had a wonderful three night stay in Racine. Loved rowing (Armstrong “motor” on our dinghy) to the Saturday morning farmer’s market, loved swimming in the marina pool while Jim grilled steaks on the nearby grill, loved walking out to the jetty to watch the waves, fishermen, and crazy boaters, and loved our tour of the city on our way back from the movie theatre!
Fun!
Onward to Chicago!!!

Hey guys! Bill and I just got into Chicago. We are here for a week on business. We are at dinner and we’re just wondering where in the world you might be when we found your blog and discovered you are probably here. I lost your card and don’t have your email address. I still have that photo to send you of your departure from Little Current. Please feel free to reach out to me at the email I provided. Looks like it has been a great trip!
