It was another gorgeous day as we motored north. Lots of marshes, and any piers we saw were long due the shallow depths.
By 11:30 we had gone through the Bridge of Lions drawbridge, and picked up a mooring ball near the bridge. We met Jim’s aunt Barbro, and had lunch in the old part of St Augustine. Great mojito! I had looked on Trip Advisor in the morning, and made a reservation for the three of us to take a glorified golf cart tour of St Augustine. I loved being in the shade, and not having to walk in the heat as we passed the fort, Henry Flagler’s hotels, the narrow streets, and areas famous from the civil rights movement. Great afternoon with Barbro.
Beautiful evening on a mooring ball at St Augustine.
