GIYS Commodore’s Review

Saturday May 30,2015

it was a beautiful breezy day for the annual commodore’s review. About 20 boats, many decked out like Heron with flags, gathered in a cove just north of Gibson Island. At about 4pm a horn sounded. The parade had begun. We wound thru the boats anchored in the harbor, then gathered on the starboard side to salute the commodores as we motored by the boathouse.  Our guests/crew for the day were Rick, and Christine and their son Jack. Mr Fish and Miss Fish climbed up in the rigging with the flags for a better view. Fun afternoon on Heron!
