What a great day. Thanksgiving and our anniversary! Jim was feeling better and was released from quarantine!
We started the day with Norwegian pancakes as we cruised toward Komodo National Park. Once we had anchored, we took the tender ashore to see the Komodo dragons. Luckily we were safe, on an elevated walkway. One of our guides carried a forked long stick, in case a snake happened along. Back on board after our morning excursion, we went swimming in the Infiniti pool and had lunch around the corner from the pool, in the shade.
We had dinner reservations for the Chef’s Table restaurant. The menu changes every 3 to 4 days and it was an Asian themes menu, including Peking duck.
Viking had given us a bottle of sparkling wine for our anniversary when we had boarded the ship in Bangkok. We received a 2nd bottle on our anniversary.
