I was in quarantine until 24 hours after my last symptom, so until 7pm. Thank God for 24 hour room service.

Jim went on our planned all day excursion in a catamaran (motorboat) to snorkel and have lunch on the Great Barrier Reef.

I had clear beef soup, rice, and bananas, and I was feeling pretty good when the nurse came to our room at 7pm to take out my iv line.

6 hours later I walked down to the medical center with pain in my abdomen. Another bag of iv fluids plus pain killers. Agh!!
