We checked out of our hotel and were parked by the Maui Ocean Center before dawn. I had signed up for a 6 hour snorkel and sail with breakfast and lunch on Trilogy 1. Fun sail! Any day on a boat is fun!

We snorkeled twice, once near the tiny island of Molokini and once off the shore of Maui near the wind turbines. Some people saw turtles there. We saw several whales. My phone was never ready to get the shot however.

After our sail, we drove to Lahaina and checked into our little hotel, the Plantation Inn. Loved the hotel! Charming, pool, adults only, great breakfast, free parking, 2 blocks walk to all the action on the waterfront.
