Jim drove Katie’s car from Sackets harbor to cape Vincent, stopping at Lowes along the way. Meanwhile Heron set off for the same journey by sea with Katie, Ira, Grace, Lucy, and Jane on board. We had a beautiful day for the 4 hour voyage.
We tied up at the free town dock in cape Vincent, said our goodbyes to Katie et al, then took our new first mate for a swim with Mr Fish off the stern of the boat.
Grace could not believe that you can buy worms at a grocery store!
