Tuesday july 14 and Wednesday july 15, 2015
Tuesday morning was miserable with heavy rains. Storms were forecast for the afternoon and high winds (gusts to 30 knots) were due all day Wednesday, so we ended up spending three nights in Kingston. Grace loved the ducks that were all around the marina. We took the trolley tour of Kingston, and watched a reenactment of soldiers firing rifles and cannons at Fort Henry. On Wednesday we saw Laser #1 at the marine museum. It was on loan for the Pan American games in sailing. Grace loved exploring the Canadian ice breaker that is a permanent part of the museum.
Kingston was a great spot to layover.
